On November 2, Shao Yanjun, secretary of the Zarut Banner Committee, led a party and government delegation of Zarut Banner to inspect our flag. Banner leaders Wang Gang, Han Fengwu, Zhu Zibo, Han Zhanfeng, Su Lizhi, Yu Qingwei and others accompanied the investigation.
The delegation visited inner Mongolia Renzhong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. biopharmaceutical project, Jing'an nickel-based recycling new material construction project, Inner Mongolia Xingshi New Material Co., Ltd. glass fiber production project and other project bases. It also investigated the construction of our flag city, the government service hall of Naiman banner, the e-commerce poverty alleviation operation center, the development project of Naimanqi green vegetable industry of Inner Mongolia Caixin Group, and the production project of nano-microcrystalline new materials of Inner Mongolia Xinggu Technology Co., Ltd.
At each place, the delegation carefully understood the project operation process, infrastructure construction and other contents. The delegation gave high affirmation to Naiman's various work, Shao Yanjun said that Naiman Banner has a good ecological environment, staggered buildings, landscaping according to local conditions, diverse urban construction, and high aesthetics. The project construction has good prospects for development, and the project supporting services are guaranteed to be excellent. The planning standards of the industrial park are high, the functional layout is scientific and reasonable, and the work of infrastructure construction and optimizing the business environment is worth learning from.
Wang Gang pointed out that in the future, the two places will continue to strengthen exchanges and learning, mutual assistance, peers in exchanges, and win-win cooperation. Naiman will also work with Zarut Banner to seize the opportunity to carry out investment promotion in all fields and the whole industrial chain, further strengthen the supporting service guarantee of the project, and ensure the smooth resumption of new and continued construction projects; deeply practice the concept of green development, vigorously promote the green circular development of various industrial chains; coordinate and optimize the business environment, key project construction, park construction and other work, and continuously improve the ability to carry project construction and service enterprise development; to achieve comprehensive development from small to large, from large to excellent, starting in reform, and developing in exploration.
