In order to widely carry out health education on the prevention and control of schistosomiasis, improve the villagers' awareness and ability to protect themselves, and effectively protect the health of the villagers. On October 28, 2021, the Jiaze Town Science and Technology Association and the Jiaze Town Health Center conducted free schistosomiasis examinations for villagers in Shiqiao Village, Jiaze Town, and carried out prevention and control publicity.
At the scene of the event, the Jiaze Town Health Center actively communicated and coordinated with the village committee. The medical staff warmly received each villager, checked the name, number registration, received samples, etc. At the same time as the inspection, the medical staff explained to the villagers the precautions for daily life, how to prevent schistosomiasis and other knowledge, and informed the villagers of the test report at the first time.
