At present, Pingshan District has completed the full coverage of the application of the people's livelihood appeal system in 23 communities, promoted the completion of nearly 50% of the people's livelihood appeals within 1 day, more than 70% of the matters within 3 days, and the completion rate of various matters has reached 99.98%, so that the community party committee has mastered the modern "weapon" of party building to lead the grass-roots governance, making it a command system, work system and early warning system of grass-roots governance, becoming the brain of community governance, and greatly improving the sense of gain and happiness of the masses.
Subsequently, the Second Circuit Guidance Group of the Provincial Party Committee came to the headquarters of BYD Co., Ltd. and listened to the report on the development history, business layout and technological innovation of the enterprise. In recent years, BYD has made continuous breakthroughs in the automotive, rail transit, new energy, electronics and other industries, with an annual compound growth rate of about 60%. In May this year, BYD's 1 millionth new energy vehicle officially rolled off the production line, becoming the first domestic automaker to achieve this achievement, showing a strong momentum of development.
During the investigation, the Second Circuit Guidance Group of the Provincial Party Committee gave high praise and affirmation to Pingshan District's efforts to build a new pattern of co-construction, co-governance and shared grass-roots governance, as well as the achievements in economic and social development. The guidance group believes that the grass-roots governance work in Pingshan District has measures and characteristics, and there are innovations and bright spots in industrial development, so that the results of party history study and education can truly benefit the masses and achieve solid results.
