The operating hours of the subway are subject to change
This year's Spring Festival will last until March 8, 2021. The Hangzhou metro line network will extend the operating time by half an hour during the peak period of return passenger flow (February 26 to March 8), the departure time of the last train of each line of the line network (Line 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 16) will be extended to about 23:00, the departure time of the last train of the line network (Line 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 16) will not be extended at 22 : 30 or so. Cooking Method:

Ingredients: 300 grams of soybean sprouts, 50 grams of black fungus, 30 grams of oil tofu, 60 grams of winter pickles, 50 grams of winter shoots, 20 grams of carrots, 15 grams of green peppers, 5 ml of rice wine, 80 ml of vegetable oil, 5 grams of salt, 2 ml of sesame oil

(2) Add vegetable oil to the high heat, wait for the oil temperature to rise to 80% heat, add soybean sprouts, black fungus, winter pickles, winter shoots, carrots, stir-fry quickly until fragrant, add shao wine, salt, water, roll slightly, and then add oil tofu, green pepper shreds, stir-fry evenly, pour sesame oil and sesame oil.
Shallot oil with fish
Ingredients: 1 strip of fish (about 500 grams), 2 grams of salt, 50 grams of spring onion, 2 grams of monosodium glutamate, 10 grams of ginger slices, 20 ml of rice wine, 20 grams of lard, 100 ml of clear soup, 25 ml of soy sauce, 10 grams of sugar
(1) Cut and wash the fish, put it into a pot of boiling water and blanch it out, scrape off the black film and wash it, cut the back of the fish with a cross knife straight, change the knife to a 10 cm segment, put it on a deep dish, put ginger slices, green onion segments, Shao wine 10 ml, steam it in the steamer for about 10 minutes, pick up the green onion and ginger, pour the raw soup into the bowl, add soy sauce, sugar, and MSG to adjust the taste, pour it on top of the fish.
(2) Cut the shallots into green onions, spread them on top of the striped fish, put 20 grams of lard in the pot, heat them 80%, and pour on the green onions.
