Purpose of the event

Scope of selection
Party members, cadres, and masses who have made outstanding contributions to the work of supporting the military and giving priority to their subordinates in party and government organs, mass organizations, enterprises, and public institutions at or below the county and county department level (inclusive) will focus on recommending grass-roots units, collectives, and grass-roots workers in the frontline of work and production. Individuals who received provincial commendations in the last round of double-support model city creation activities will no longer participate in the municipal selection.
Selection Criteria

(4) Serve and care for veterans, and perform prominently in work such as the transfer and resettlement of veterans, employment and entrepreneurship, pension preferential treatment, service management, praise and commemoration, and protection of rights and interests.

Recommend the selection process
(1) Launch publicity (May 2021). All counties, municipalities, and units make full use of publicity columns, electronic screens, microblogs, WeChat and other platforms to widely publicize the selection activities of "the most beautiful pro-army figures" in Jining City, dig deep into the touching deeds of the people who support the army around them, guide and drive more party members and the masses to actively participate in the activities, sing the main melody, carry forward positive energy, and expand the awareness rate.
(2) Conduct the review (June 2021).
