In view of the 5 "three poor" food production enterprises identified by the jurisdiction, the bureau timely formulated the implementation plan for the clearance work, established on-site supervision of the zeroing account, and effectively promoted the development of the zeroing work.

Carrying out the "three poor" enterprise clearance action is an important measure to prevent major risks in the field of food production, and the county market supervision bureau has put forward strict requirements and must achieve practical results. It is required that all town (street) food and drug institutes attach great importance to the "three poor" food production enterprises to clear the zero action, establish a zero account in accordance with the list of "three poor" food production enterprises determined, check and accept each house, and sell the number of each house; insist that the production environment does not meet the standards and does not pass, the production conditions are not perfect, and the quality and safety guarantee capabilities are not passed, and the zeroing target is ensured to be completed within the specified time.

In order to complete the zeroing task of the "three poor" food production enterprises on time, the Market Supervision Bureau of Qishan County launched an accountability mechanism to regularly issue supervision circulars for the positive and negative examples of fast progress and good effect in the rectification work, as well as poor rectification and supervision, which were included in the annual performance appraisal results of the county bureau. At present, a total of 5 "three poor" enterprises have been identified in Qishan County, 18 rectification problems have been listed, 5 have been rectified within a time limit, 2 enterprises have applied for cancellation, and 3 have been suspended for rectification.
Through the implementation of the "three poor" food production enterprises to clear the zero action, we will effectively achieve the "three batches", that is, standardize a batch, stop production a batch, and ban a batch.
