Therefore, it is necessary to maintain from the aspects of living, diet, solid protection of internal organs, exercise, etc., and open the winter health mode. Go to bed early and get up late to ensure adequate sleep, which is conducive to the potential of yang qi. Winter is usually a strong appetite, spleen and stomach digestion and absorption function is better, the diet can be appropriately added to the high heat, high nutrition, strong taste, strong tonic food, such as lamb, beef, chicken and other animal foods, for the Yang deficiency cold caused by cold hands and feet especially beneficial.
