5. McLaren P1 LM - $3.6 million
This is not a production car, more or less a street-legal version of the McLaren P1 GTR used only on the track. Converted by British company Lanzante, which purchased the original P1 made by McLaren, it kept in mind a select group of buyers in the US, Japan, UK and UAE. The car has a lot in common with the P1 GTR and the legendary McLaren F1 road car. For example, the gold plating around the engine compartment features a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-8. It's much smarter than the P1 GTR. Not only does it weigh 132 pounds (60 kg0 lighter than the P1 GTR) compared to the P1 GTR, but its improved rear wing and enlarged front diverter are connected to the submersible aircraft, resulting in a 40 percent increase in downforce. Its amazing power can be seen in places where it is manufactured on track, which can produce 1000 horsepower. So far, only five units have been built and all have been sold.
