【Topic】A Hundred Years of Struggle, Set Sail for a New Journey The Theme Report of the Gansu Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation
In order to accurately prevent and control the new crown pneumonia epidemic, conscientiously implement the requirements of the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation on providing care services for the disabled in the prevention and control of the epidemic, and build a solid defense line for the life safety and physical health of the disabled people, since October 27, the organizations of the Disabled Persons' Federation at all levels in Jinchang City and the disabled workers have actively coordinated the door-to-door service of nucleic acid testing for the severely disabled while actively participating in the community prevention and control work, to ensure that "no disabled person can be less" in epidemic prevention and control.
On October 27, in the collective nucleic acid testing of residents in Changfengli Community in Jinchuan District, the staff repeatedly prompted with a small loudspeaker: "There are elderly people and disabled people with limited mobility in the family, and the staff will concentrate on nucleic acid testing and door-to-door sampling!" 37 severely disabled people in the community received door-to-door service during the centralized testing on the same day.

Since October 27, in the centralized nucleic acid testing carried out by townships and villages (communities) in Yongchang County, a door-to-door service team has been specially set up to provide door-to-door sampling services for 7628 people with severe disabilities, disabled elderly and other special difficulties, and to publicize the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control, so that nucleic acid testing does not miss a single household or person.
