The expert service base is an important carrier and platform to guide high-level experts to dock with the grass-roots development needs and support experts to serve the grass-roots level, comply with the flexible flow mechanism of high-level talents, organize and guide experts to use professional advantages, help the grass-roots level gather innovative resources, break through key technologies, optimize the industrial structure, cultivate urgently needed talents, and provide talent and intellectual support for the grass-roots level to accelerate the realization of innovation-driven development.

Under the guidance of the national policy guidelines and the government, Jinfeng Commune Agricultural Service Co., Ltd. has developed into a platform to help the government implement the three rural policies and drive farmers to achieve increased production and income, and the enterprise development model has been selected as the first batch of national agricultural socialization service typical cases recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture, and has been identified as a provincial key leading enterprise and a provincial service industry innovation center for agricultural industrialization.
