
On October 27th, the Monthly Examination Results Analysis Meeting of the Third Grade of Changzhi No. 5 Middle and High School in October was held as scheduled in the conference room of HoudeLou, and Wang Yueshu, Secretary of the Party Committee and President, Bai Hongyi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President, Zhang Qiangguo and Liu Yanli, Members of the Party Committee and Vice Principals, Chang Ping, Member of the Party Committee and Director of the Teaching Service Center, and all the teachers of the Third Grade Department attended the meeting. At the meeting, Song Pengyan, member of the Organization Committee of the Fifth Party Branch and a mathematics teacher, led the study of "Implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Thought on Comprehensively and Strictly Governing the Party and Promoting the Historic Achievements of Comprehensively and Strictly Governing the Party in the New Era". Li Xia, secretary of the Fifth Party Branch, shared "How to Improve the Three Forces -- Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission". Zhou Yufang, director of the third grade department of the senior high school, conveyed the spirit of the "Notice of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Management of Students' Homework in the Compulsory Education Stage" and made an analysis report on the monthly examination results in October, encouraging teachers to have a sense of competition, compete with schools at the same level, and compete with classes at the same level.
Principal Wang Yueshu conveyed the instructions made by Niu Yushu, director of the Changzhi Municipal Education Bureau, to the schools, and shared the good experience and good practices of various high-quality schools at the "Changzhi 2021 College Entrance Examination Analysis Conference". He pointed out that first, we must recognize the gap, find the crux of the problem, catch up, and the class teachers and teachers must pay more sweat and effort to improve the students' grades. Second, we must do a good job in the "three transformations" and "six implementations." Third, while doing a good job in routine teaching, we must strive to carry forward the work style of unity, tension, seriousness, and liveliness, so that the teaching work will shine more brightly.
After the meeting, the class teachers organized the teachers of the class to conduct serious discussions, accurate analysis and summarization of the problems, clarified the marginal students of the first and second books of the class, and made a detailed analysis of the situation of the target students; summarized the possible problems of the first and second line students. As the saying goes, a key opens a lock. In key teaching, we must adhere to the problem-oriented, specific analysis of specific problems, collective wisdom and efforts, the right medicine, and the formulation of countermeasures.
