National Day is approaching, and on September 25, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision System launched the pre-holiday "Comprehensive Law Enforcement Inspection Day" campaign. A total of 2,328 law enforcement personnel were dispatched to the city, 5,024 enterprises were inspected, 461 problems in epidemic prevention and control, food safety, market order, off-campus training, etc., and 38 enterprises suspected of violating laws and regulations were investigated and punished.
It is understood that on the same day, the market supervision departments at both levels in the urban area focused on the implementation of epidemic prevention measures, food safety, commodity promotion activities, excessive packaging of boxing ceremonies, safe production in the commercial field, etc. around important places such as shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, and catering enterprises; at the same time, in view of the "double reduction" work being carried out, the focus was on inspecting whether there were illegal acts such as illegal classes and unlicensed schools in off-campus training institutions.
On the day of the inspection, Kang Xu, a member of the party group of the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and the chief of the comprehensive law enforcement corps, led the inspection team to supervise and inspect the Lizetian Street in Beijing, the first longhu in Fengtai District, focusing on the inspection of commercial supermarket festival food, off-campus training institutions, catering units, etc., and the epidemic prevention and control measures found by the inspection were not in place; some off-campus training institutions did not clearly mark the price; individual imported food did not have cold chain codes; some supermarkets and catering enterprises blocked the safety exit, and the evacuation instruction signs were set incorrectly. The use of non-degradable plastic bags and other issues were ordered to rectify the scene, and a case was filed against a catering unit suspected of using posters and menus to falsely publicize the illegal behavior of "Wujiang Fish", and a retrospective investigation was conducted on the "Wujiang Fish" supply e-commerce platform.
It is reported that during the National Day, the city's market supervision system will continue to carry out law enforcement inspections, in view of the characteristics of mass travel, tourism and consumption concentration during the festival, focusing on key areas such as price stability, travel and tourism, food safety, product quality, epidemic prevention and control, off-campus training, advertising, and "Yangtze River fish" protection, severely crack down on various violations of laws and regulations, fully maintain market order during the "two festivals", and create a safe, stable, happy and peaceful holiday atmosphere.
