Luo Yinong (1902-1928), born in Lei Gongtang, Yipuhe, Xiangtan County, Hunan Province, was originally named Luo Shanyang, the character Shen Zhai, later changed to Yinong, and was a Chinese proletarian revolutionary. Born in 1902 in Xiangtan, Hunan Province, Luo Yinong joined the Communist Party of China in the winter of 1921 through progressive magazines such as New Youth, reading a large number of articles and books promoting Marxism through progressive magazines such as New Youth. In November 1926 and February 1927, Luo Yinong, Zhao Shiyan and others led two unsuccessful uprisings of workers in Shanghai. On March 21, 1927, together with Chen Duxiu, Zhou Enlai, Zhao Shiyan, and others, he directed the launch of the Shanghai workers' general strike, which was immediately turned into an armed uprising, and the third armed uprising was successful. On April 15, 1928, Luo Yinong was arrested in the British Concession of Shanghai for betrayal by traitors. On April 21, Luo Yinong calmly became righteous in Longhua, Shanghai, at the age of 26.
