On November 2, the District CPPCC Committee Revolutionary Committee organized a survey on the progress of rail transit in our district. Members of the District CPPCC Committee's Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, relevant responsible persons of the District Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee, the District Rail Office, the Jiangjin Rail Company, the Sixth Bureau of China Construction, and the Jiangsu Jumper Operation Company attended the event.
On the same day, the research team successively went to the Zhongliangshan Rail Laying Base and the Shuangfu Vehicle Yard to inspect the project planning and design, construction construction, project progress, quality and safety of the rail transit line 5 jumping to Jiangjin section.
It is reported that the suburban railway (rail transit extension line) jumps to the Jiangjin line from the rail transit line 5 jumping station (not included) and ends at the Shengquan Temple station in Binjiang New Town, Jiangjin District. The jump-to-Jiangjin line passes through the three administrative districts of Dadukou, Jiulongpo and Jiangjin. Through the implementation of this line, key areas such as Dadukou Jianqiao Industrial Park, Jiulongpo Jiulongyuan Industrial Park, Jiangjin Shuangfu Industrial Park, and Binjiang New Town Regional Center are organically linked, thus realizing the strong support for the centripetal passenger flow attracted by the central area of the region, and effectively alleviating the mutual exchange between the parks and the road traffic pressure in and out of the main urban area.
