Mr. Lee said that after finishing his trip to Serbia, he started his own trip to Pakistan in August this year. At about 21:30 local time on October 30, that is, in the early morning of Beijing time on the 31st, he and his interpreter went to the institution set up by the Lahore government to receive vaccinations.
