From November 7, travelers entering Cuba will no longer need to be subject to mandatory quarantine at selected hotels. From November 15, Cuban schools will fully start offline teaching. At the same time, passengers will be able to enter the country with only the COVID-19 vaccination certificate without the need for nucleic acid testing. Passengers over the age of 18 who do not have a vaccination certificate will need to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours before entering the country.
