Xing Hua's father was born on October 28, 1965, and without this accident, he would have celebrated his 56th birthday in a month. However, more than three months ago, he died of complications after surgery, and his body is still parked at the Dingxing County Funeral Home.
Xing Hua told Jimu News that the reason why he did not cremate his father's body was because his father suffered an accident at work two years ago.
Xing Hua recalled that at about 5 o'clock in the morning of July 6, 2019, he was woken up by the ringing of his mobile phone while still asleep, and the phone call came from his mother, saying that his father had an accident, and he quickly went to Zhuozhou City Hospital.
"As soon as I heard the news, my mind went blank, and when I went to the hospital, I saw that my father's right thigh was swollen thicker than my waist, and many parts of my body were injured, and people were unconscious." Xing Hua said that for 11 days after the incident, his father had been in a coma and had been hospitalized for nearly 4 months.

According to a discharge record provided by Xing Hua, his father was admitted to the hospital for 1.5 hours due to pain, bleeding and limited mobility of both lower limbs due to heavy object smashing, and was admitted to the hospital for diagnosis of open fracture of the right tibia, fracture of the right femoral shaft, and fracture of the left tibia, and was transferred to the ICU for treatment, and underwent surgery on July 12, 2019. The hospitalization case showed that the external cause of Xing Hua's father's injury was the injury of pedestrians in the traffic accident.
Hospitalized cases
Due to the complexity of his condition, Xing Hua's father failed to fully recover from the injured area after undergoing an operation, and was hospitalized in the Fifth Hospital of Baoding City in May 2020 and underwent a second operation, and in July 2021, he underwent a third operation at the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University.
"All three surgeries were successful." Xing Hua said that he originally thought that his father could gradually get better, but the accident happened again. On July 25, 2021, Xing Hua's father died of complications.
"How did my father get hurt?"
In Xing Hua's memory, his father went to work at the Eurasian Highway Automobile Rescue Center in Baoding City in 2013, mainly responsible for the clean-up of the accident site, and his work experience was relatively rich, and he could earn more than 4,000 yuan a month.
"After the accident, the people in my father's company promised to be very good, saying that we didn't want to worry about anything, and they would do it all." What Xing Hua and his family did not expect was that since his father was admitted to the hospital until his death due to surgical complications on July 25, 2021, during which time, in addition to his father's hospitalization fees and surgical expenses, the Baoding Eurasia High-speed Automobile Rescue Center did not give any compensation. "My mother tried to go to the company to ask for compensation without results, and then asked them to borrow some living expenses and they did not give it." Xing Hua said that his father's hospitalization expenses and surgery expenses in the past two years have reached more than 300,000 yuan, although the company has reimbursed his father through insurance, but because his father is no longer able to work, he still needs to be taken care of, which has brought a lot of economic pressure to the family.
After consulting a lawyer, Xing Hua learned that before applying for a work injury, he needs to get the accident certificate issued by the traffic police department, the alarm and police records at the time of the incident, the image data, etc., and also need to find the judicial appraisal department to do the injury appraisal.
On June 23, 2021, Xing Hua accompanied his mother to his father's company to retrieve an accident certificate issued by the Zhuozhou Brigade. "For so long, we have been thinking about treating the disease first, and then we will go to them to discuss compensation when my father is well." Xing Hua said.
The accident determination document shows that at 5:10 on July 6, 2019, when Tian drove a medium-sized non-cargo truck to the Langzhuo Expressway from west to east for 11 kilometers and 200 meters, he crushed the road surface object (steel pipe), and the road surface object collided with the road personnel, resulting in a road traffic accident in which the person Xing (that is, Xing Hua's father) was injured and there was no vehicle damage. The driver, Tian Mou, did not drive safely according to the operating specifications, and according to the relevant regulations, Tian Mou was fully responsible for this road traffic accident. The date of issuance of the accident certificate is July 8, 2019.
Revocation of Notice
After his father's death, Xing Hua was ready to sue Tian with this accident certificate, but at this time he received a notice issued by the Baoding Detachment of the Highway Traffic Police Corps of the Hebei Provincial Public Security Department about revoking the accident determination letter. The notice shows that the facts of the road traffic accident specified in the traffic accident certificate issued by the Zhuozhou Brigade are inconsistent with the actual situation, and the traffic accident certificate is revoked in accordance with the relevant regulations.
On September 22, 2021, after receiving this revocation notice, Xing Hua immediately went to the Baoding detachment to inquire about the specific situation and learned that "this is a fake case and the case is very serious." After that, Xing Hua asked the Baoding detachment several times, and the feedback he got was that after the accident, his father was worried about the follow-up compensation problem and let the company colleagues fake.
"If this traffic accident certificate is fake, how did my father get hurt?" This became a mystery in Xing Hua's mind.
The traffic accident certificate is fraudulent
Xing Hua couldn't figure out how the accident certificate was issued on July 8, 2019, when his father was still in a coma, and there was almost no possibility of asking colleagues to help forge. At the same time, he also learned that the staff of the Zhuozhou Brigade, who issued the accident certificate, did not go to the scene to send police after the incident, nor did he find his father to investigate the relevant situation.
"The Zhuozhou Brigade began to insist that the accident determination was no problem, and there was no file of the truth of the accident, so why did the Baoding detachment revoke this determination when we were ready to prosecute?" Xing Hua said that he later found a video taken by relatives when his father was admitted to the hospital, in which a man who claimed to be working with his father said that when a car passed through the iron pipe and hit Xing Hua's father, the company owner said that the car could not be found, so he used his company's roof bag.
"Now that my father has died and this accident is fraudulent, why do they put the blame on my father?" The more Xing Hua thought about it, the more confused he became.
On November 1, the Jimu news reporter contacted Tian Mou, who was fully responsible for the accident determination. Tian said that he did work at the Eurasian High-Speed Automobile Rescue Center in Baoding City, but he had not been to the scene of Xing Hua's father's accident, and he was not aware of the accident identification letter, the words on the accident identification document were not signed by him, and the handprint was not pressed by him.
"I was asked by the police a few months ago, and I don't know anything." Tian said that he only heard about the accident a few months after the accident, learned that Xing Hua's father was injured in the accident, and did not know about the fraud at that time.

As for whether there was a staff member who went to the scene to send a police and do relevant investigations after the incident, the staff said that because the incident occurred two years ago, the staff of the accident section has been changing, and he said that he did not understand the matter and needed to contact the Zhuozhou Brigade Command Center.
