After the first wave of shopping spree on "Double Eleven", the next step is to wait for the courier to come to the door. However, recently, Ms. Chen of Suzhou Taicang did not wait for the courier after online shopping, but waited for a scam call.

Recently, Ms. Chen of Taicang, Suzhou, received an overseas phone call, claiming that the imported milk powder she purchased had lost its pieces, and the merchant would settle the claim according to the regulations. Ms. Chen did recently buy milk powder online, so she did not suspect it, directly added the other party's QQ group, and downloaded a trading APP.
Wu Xiaofeng, deputy instructor of Suzhou Taicang Shuangfeng Police Station, introduced the case, in this QQ group, in addition to Ms. Chen is a victim, the others are fraud suspects. They led Ms. Chen to operate her bank card in a gang, and cheated her bank card password and mobile phone verification code.
After obtaining the relevant information of Ms. Chen, the convenience is to let her wait for the delay in the operation of the claim. During this time, a call from the Anti-Fraud Center came in.
After Ms. Chen hung up the phone, the Suzhou Anti-Fraud Center 96110 called her directly, telling her that the phone she had just received was suspected of being a fraudulent call, and asked her to contact the local police station immediately.
At the police station, after listening to Ms. Chen's account, the police preliminarily concluded that she had suffered from the fraud of "shopping lost pieces and claims". With the help of the police, Ms. Chen found that more than 210,000 yuan in her card had been converted into US dollars. A little later, the money will be transferred to the scammer's trading app.
The police immediately accompanied Ms. Chen to the bank to verify the situation, and with the help of the staff, successfully transferred the US dollars in the card back to RMB, saving more than 210,000 yuan in the card. At present, the relevant cases are being further investigated.
I also remind you again: recently everyone has placed orders online and received express deliveries more frequently. If you receive a phone or message from a courier lost piece, you must verify with the official seller at the first time, do not easily click on the QR code or link sent by strangers such as "customer service" and "courier", and do not easily leak your ID card, bank card number, verification code and other personal information, so as not to be deceived.
