On the morning of October 29, 2021, the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Mazhai Town was solemnly held, with 64 town party representatives and 57 non-voting delegates attending the meeting. Preparatory meeting: Lu Haiqiang, deputy secretary of the town party committee, presided over the preparatory meeting, and the conference deliberated and adopted the report on the qualification examination of deputies; adopted the agenda of the congress; and adopted the list of members of the presidium and secretary general of the conference. The third plenary meeting: The third plenary meeting was presided over by Lu Kai, secretary of the town party committee, and the deputies deliberated and adopted the resolution of the work report of the party committee, the resolution of the work report of the discipline inspection commission, and the resolution of striving to create a "five-star and three-strong" demonstration town.
