In order to implement the overall requirements for the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, further do a good job in normalizing the prevention and control of the epidemic, and comprehensively improve the emergency handling capacity of large-scale nucleic acid detection. On January 29, under the guidance of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of Chengyang District in Qingdao, Shandong Province, Chengyang Street held an emergency drill for nucleic acid testing for all employees in Chengzi Community.
The emergency drill was hosted by the Qingdao Chengyang District Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, the District Health bureau, undertaken by the Chengyang Street Office, and co-organized by the Street Community Health Service Center, and presented in the form of on-site combat drills.
After the drill simulated the outbreak of the epidemic in the district, the street epidemic prevention and control headquarters immediately started various tasks. The drill was divided into six scenarios: organization and mobilization, order maintenance, personnel guidance, registration and sampling, orderly exit, and sample transfer.
During the practical exercise, the staff wore protective clothing, goggles, masks, gloves and other protective equipment. Residents enter in an orderly manner under the guidance of the staff, each person is separated by 1 meter away from the queue to wait for sampling, the personnel to be inspected first scan the code, temperature measurement, identity registration, and then enter the sampling area in an orderly manner to conduct throat swab sampling in accordance with the standard specifications, and leave the sampling site by the designated channel after sampling. The staff will seal, load and transfer the samples in accordance with the relevant requirements of specimen transfer, and transfer them by special vehicle to the relevant testing medical institutions. Finally, a comprehensive disinfection of the collection site is carried out.
All links of the whole drill are operated in strict accordance with the standardized process, and the staff of each group have a clear division of labor, act quickly and cooperate closely, and the links are smoothly connected and the measures are in place. The medical staff is skillful and cooperative, and quickly collects samples.
Shi Xiaofeng, deputy director of the normalized epidemic prevention and control special class in Qingdao Chengyang District, made a comment, he stressed that the on-site staff had a clear division of labor during the drill, acted quickly, cooperated closely, successfully completed the emergency drill task, and achieved the expected goals of inspection plan, training team and efficient disposal.
This emergency drill not only standardizes the work process of nucleic acid testing for all employees in the community, but also improves the awareness of the majority of residents to prevent the epidemic.
