November 1 marks the seventh anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the Counter-Espionage Law of the People's Republic of China. In order to further strengthen the masses' concept of national security and in connection with the activities of "I do practical things for the masses" in the study and education of party history, at 10 a.m., the Pingshi Town Comprehensive Management Office and the Town Judicial Office jointly launched the "Counter-Espionage Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Safe Construction" to send the law into the community propaganda activities.

At the scene of the event, on the one hand, through hanging propaganda banners, distributing propaganda materials, setting up consultation desks, and other forms, publicizing to the masses the legal knowledge of counter-espionage, the rights and obligations of citizens to counter-espionage, and the 12339 platform for accepting reports by state security organs, etc., to guide the masses to always raise their vigilance, pay attention to preventing espionage personnel, and further enhance the awareness of the whole people to safeguard national security and anti-espionage; on the other hand, through the form of on-site explanations, publicize national security, safety construction, relevant laws and regulations, and other knowledge to the masses. Through the activities, the masses have further realized the importance and necessity of counter-espionage, enhanced the sense of responsibility and mission of national security, and created a strong atmosphere for the whole people to actively participate in defending the homeland and building peace.

It is reported that more than 600 publicity brochures and leaflets were distributed at this event, more than 200 people were consulted by the masses, and more than 2,000 people were educated. Through the development of this activity, the masses' awareness of secrecy and counter-espionage has been effectively enhanced, and a good atmosphere of studying the "Counter-Espionage Law," publicizing the "Counter-Espionage Law," and actively participating in the anti-espionage struggle has been formed, which has enhanced the enthusiasm of the whole people in consciously safeguarding national security and created a strong atmosphere for safeguarding national security.
