Video footage shows the general aviation planes involved flying low in the densely built urban area, even passing between several office buildings and residential buildings, one of which shows the words "Nordic Impressions".

Red Star News reporter inquired about the map and found that the aircraft flight area presented in the video is located in the bustling area of Xindu District of Chengdu, which has a number of high-rise buildings such as Xindu International Plaza and Nordic Impression Community, and universities such as The Xindu Campus of Sichuan Conservatory of Music and Southwest Petroleum University are also nearby, which belongs to the densely populated and architectural areas.
It is understood that the "altitude rule" in the "Operating Manual" of the civil aviation regulatory regulation states that the height of the aircraft shall not be less than 300 meters (1000 feet) above the highest obstacle within its 600-meter (2000-foot) horizontal radius of 600 meters (2000 feet) over the sky above a densely populated area, market town or residential area or over any open public assembly.
Subsequently, Sichuan Yinuo was also revealed that there were light aircraft under the company's name that crossed residential buildings at low altitude. It is understood that Sichuan Feige and Sichuan Yinuo are located in Jintang County Huaizhou New Town General Aviation Industrial Park, adjacent to Chengdu Huaizhou Airport, the map shows that it is only 4 meters away from the airport, generally will perform flight tasks at Huaizhou Airport.
According to Tianyan, Sichuan Feige was established in April 2021 and Sichuan Yinuo was established in November 2020, and its licensing projects include "general aviation services", "civil aircraft pilot training", intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle sales and after-sales service, etc.
