Lianqun Village is a reservoir migrant village, located in the north of Liangkou Town, about 10 kilometers away from the center of Liangkou Town, in 1976 due to the construction of the Huanglong Belt Reservoir the whole village moved to this place, the village area of 11718 acres, of which more than 5199 acres of water forest, fruit tree planting about 2000 acres. Except for the village site, it is flat in the mountains and surrounded by mountains on all sides. Lianqun Village has four production cooperatives, the permanent population of 763 people, 197 households, the main economic source of the villagers to grow fruits, of which the cultivation of bayberry is the mainstay, so bayberry has become a characteristic agricultural product here.

Lianqun Village is located next to the Huanglongdai Reservoir, with beautiful scenery, blue sky and white clouds, green water and green mountains intertwined into a landscape painting, wide and beautiful. It is reported that the Huanglongdai Reservoir was completed in 1976, is a collection of flood control, irrigation, power generation functions as one of the reservoir, the surrounding facilities are perfect, the environment is beautiful, and at the same time for the surrounding villagers to bring ecological and economic benefits.
The beauty of Lianqun Village is not only in the mountains and rivers, but also in the red bayberry that is dotted with stars and mountains. According to reports, with the strong support of the higher-level government, basically every household in Lianqun Village has planted bayberry, and the annual output of bayberry in the village is about 500,000 catties. It is reported that there are three varieties of red plum, black pearl and Dongkui mainly planted in Lianqun Village, red plum is sour and fruity; black pearl is darker in color and sweeter in taste; Dongkui is larger and has a refreshing taste.
Every year in May, the bayberry begins to ripen one after another, and the picking cycle is about one month, and tourists can buy it directly or pick it themselves on the mountain. Many citizens will drive to Lianqun Village in Liangkou Town to pick in the garden, there is a Huanglong belt reservoir nearby, while tasting the sweet and delicious bayberry, while indulging in the landscape and water, the fun is endless. Nowadays, Lianqun Village has become a veritable "Bayberry Village", many people know that this is the planting base of Bayberry, and Bayberry has truly become the "rich fruit" of the villagers.

Walking into Lianqun Village, only to see that every house is clean and tidy in front of the house, casually walk into the home of a villager, the interior is clean and comfortable, the flowers and grasses are planted in front of the house and behind the house, the environment is clean and bright, and the new atmosphere of rural life is coming, and what is felt is the new life of the villagers.
It is reported that there are four production cooperatives in Lianqun Village, and the daily health in the village is basically responsible for the staff hired by the outsourcing company, and the village committee is responsible for supervision. In order to build a long-term management and protection mechanism and achieve long-term sustainable development of the living environment, Lianqun Village, through party members taking the lead in participating in environmental sanitation rectification, guides the masses to compete to become environmental sanitation supervisors, enhances the consciousness and initiative of the masses, writes the protection of environmental sanitation into the village rules and regulations, improves the villagers' ideological understanding and the consciousness of participating in environmental remediation, and promotes the continuous improvement of the rural living environment. The village was also named a "Provincial Sanitation Demonstration Village" in 2019.

According to the relevant person in charge of Lianqun Village, in order to enhance the awareness of party members and cadres in serving the people, effectively solve the problems of formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism, and extravagance, and solve the problem of the vital interests of the masses, Lianqun Village requires party members and cadres to strictly implement the system of "one visit, three must arrive, and five must visit" (that is, general households visit once a month; for emergencies, difficulties or accidents among the masses, and neighborhood contradictions and disputes, they must go to the scene; for families with difficulties in life, empty nesters, people who have completed their sentences, community corrections personnel, Key service management targets such as drug addicts and mentally ill persons who are prone to accidents and disasters are to implement "weekly visits" and report the situation in a timely manner, so as to realize that "people walk in the network and things are handled in the grid".
It is reported that the village has established a "diversified" co-governance consultation and coordination mechanism. A group of middle and primary school students in Lianqun Village, according to the arrangement of the District Education Bureau, in the form of "small hands holding big hands", publicized traffic safety and fire safety knowledge to parents, and improved the awareness and participation of the masses in the village. In May this year, because of these stone houses, Lianqun Village ushered in new development opportunities. Lianqun Village and South China University of Technology cooperated to build the Lianqun Second Village Rural Revitalization Laboratory Project.
It is reported that the project is positioned as a rural revitalization laboratory project combining pastoral complex and rural creative park, relying on the natural resources and location advantages of Lianqun Village itself, to create a lianqun characteristic rural innovation project that integrates citizens' leisure and entertainment and citizens going to the countryside. Through the construction of a sound leisure consumption system, to create a rural pastoral complex integrating eating, living, leisure, entertainment and education, combined with online and offline marketing, to attract urban residents to the countryside for consumption, drive the upgrading of village industries, increase the income of villagers, and at the same time rely on excellent accessibility, perfect infrastructure construction and lower cost of living, create a rural creative industry park that meets the needs of urban entrepreneurs and freelancers, and create a pastoral community where citizens and villagers live together, so as to achieve not only "attractive". And "retain people".
The Pastoral Complex is a consumer-facing sub-content of the Rural Revitalization Laboratory project. The project takes the homestay as the core, and the primary task is to improve the tourism carrying capacity of Lianqun Village. On this basis, we will build relevant leisure tourism supporting facilities and software around homestays, create a full set of rural leisure tourism services that provide urban residents with "low energy cost", and avoid the "no content" and "no connotation" rural tourism model caused by a single homestay industry.
