FilmRise has ordered a brand new 10-episode true crime drama, Making a Serial Killer, from FirstLookTV. This series explores the motivations of serial killers. Each episode focuses on a serial killer such as Jesse Matthew, Don Miller, and Bruce McArthur, whose stories are presented through interviews with detectives, survivors and their families, and video footage from the interrogation room.
