Most of the opening and closing parts of the throttle valve are conical streamlined, and the flow and pressure are adjusted by changing the cross-sectional area of the channel. The medium flows so fast between the throttle disc and the seat that the surface of these components is quickly destroyed, which is the so-called cavitation phenomenon. In order to minimize the influence of air pockets, the RD11 valve uses an internal gas material (made of alloy steel) and produces a streamlined cone with an angle of 140 to 180, which also allows the valve disc to have a larger open height, and it is generally not recommended to throttle under small gaps.

HaWE throttle valve adjusted by hand or adjusted with tools, can be finely adjusted, its specifications ED (RD) 11 and 21, in essence, is designed according to the principle of seam throttling, when the valve overcurrent area is in the adjustment range, when DE (RD) 31-51, the valve overcurrent area is increased to the last 1/4 stroke, that is, the large opening area. It is also a fine annular gap throttling, RDF type is not adjustable, for the nozzle structure, the check valve is a light plate structure, no spring (there is no fault that may be caused by spring breakage), if there is a small fluid flow, HAWE check valve can achieve opening and closing.

<h1>Causes of orifice obstruction:</h1>

After the oil is aged or squeezed, it will produce charged polarizers, and there is a potential difference on the metal surface of the orifice gap, so the polarization molecules will be adsorbed on the surface of the gap, forming a solid boundary adsorption layer, the thickness of which is generally 5 to 8 microns, thus affecting the size of the throttle seam accumulation. When the adsorbent is increased to a certain thickness, it is washed away by the liquid flow and then attached to the valve port. In this cycle, a flowing pulsation is formed.

When the pressure difference between the valve port is large, due to the high temperature of the valve port, the degree of squeezing of the liquid increases, and the metal surface is more susceptible to friction, forming a potential difference, so the pressure difference is easy to appear when the pressure difference is large.

RD11 valves often need to be operated, so they should be installed in a place where it is easy to operate.

During installation, note that the media orientation is consistent with the direction of the valve body arrows.
