Report: Recently, DuPont Pioneer announced the launch of 96Y90 genetically modified soybeans in Brazil. The soybean is able to fight against soy sporangiae (effective for physiological subspecies 3-14). In addition, 96Y90 also has very high resistance to soybean southern stem canker bacteria and contains Monsanto's Intacta RR2 PRO technology, which is resistant to the herbicide glyphosate.

Pioneer's new soybean is an early-maturing variety with high yields and good adaptability to soil and climatic conditions. According to Pioneer, this soybean can be grown in brazil during the next planting season. It is expected to be planted in the southern to central region of Brazil from August this year.

According to Jerson Grieco, DuPont Pioneer Technology Product Manager, the variety has undergone several field trials and evaluations, and the results show that the variety has very good stability and development potential under different environmental conditions.

For optimal yields, Pioneer recommends combining the seeds of this variety with the company's seed treatment technology, using the seed treatment agent Dermacor® (active ingredient: chlorhexabenamide) for disease control.
