Zoran Dragic has reached a franchise agreement with Sarakilis

Lithuanian side Sarakilis have performed badly in the Europa League this season, losing 7-7 so far, with their worst record in history. In order to get out of the predicament, coach Yuri Zdov recruited his compatriot Zoran Dragic into his command. In 2015, they had worked with the Slovenian national team and Zdorf was well aware of Dragic's strengths of being good at breaking through and being tough defensively, and that was the key to solving the team's problems. So the two sides reached an agreement on Saturday afternoon, and only a few details were left to complete the joining process.

Zoran Dragic, 32, plays as a shooting guard and small forward. He became free after leaving Basquenia this summer. Last season, he made 33 appearances in the Europa League, averaging 18 minutes per game and contributing 8.5 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.9 assists.

Dragic also competed in this summer's Tokyo Olympics. He assisted Doncic, leading Slovenia all the way to the semi-finals, losing to France by one point. At the Olympics, Dragic averaged 12.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.

In addition, Zoran Dragic is the younger brother of NBA star Goran Dragic.
