A total of 679 papers were received at the annual meeting, and after the research of the paper review committee, 447 papers were finally included, and 3 special prizes for excellent papers, 10 first prizes, 21 second prizes, 31 third prizes, 20 practical innovation awards, 40 academic new awards, 7 special contribution awards for excellent papers, and suixian people's procuratorate was rated as "2021 Hubei Advanced Collective for Criminal Rule of Law Construction".

The Yan Reform Conference made a speech on the topic of "Leniency System for Admitting Guilt and Accepting Punishment under the Guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Persons Being Prosecuted", and exchanged and shared from three aspects, including the establishment of the right of remorse of the person being prosecuted in the process of leniency in admitting guilt and accepting punishment, the current situation of the practice of the right of remorse, and the mechanism for exercising the right of remorse.
Cheng Cheng made a speech on the topic of "New Development of Criminal Law Under the Guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law", in-depth explanation that Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the essence of the concept of criminal law, the bright light of the road to the construction of criminal rule of law, and the source of criminal legislation.
It is reported that after the end of the annual meeting of the Criminal Law, a forum on the new development of criminal law under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law will be held, and 17 experts, scholars and legal workers will express their insights on the research on criminal legislation under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, the study of criminal justice, the understanding and application of the Criminal Law Amendment (ELEVEN), and the research on the protection of criminal law for national security. Nine theoretical and practical experts made practical and academic comments on the guest speeches in their units.
