1. Yan Shoucai, former member of the CPPCC party group and vice chairman of the Yuping Autonomous County CPPCC Committee, accepted valuable specialties and gifts in violation of the law.
From January 2013 to February 2018, yan Shoucai, while serving as the director of the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Bureau and the Director of the Finance Bureau of Yuping Autonomous County, received gifts of 17,000 yuan, 20 bottles of Feitian Moutai wine and 4 high-grade cigarettes from his subordinates, project bosses and other relevant personnel, with a total of 45,180 yuan in gifts. Because there were other serious violations of discipline and law, in April 2021, Yan Shoucai was expelled from the party and dismissed from public office, the proceeds of violations of discipline and law were confiscated, and his suspected crimes were transferred to the judicial organs for handling according to law.
2. Wang Yong, former member of the Standing Committee of the Shiquan County CPC Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, former secretary of the Party Committee and director of the County Public Security Bureau, received and sent valuable specialties and gifts and gifts in violation of the law.

3. Tian Maosheng, director of the Alpine Branch of the Dejiang County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, accepted banquets and gifts from management service recipients in violation of regulations.

4. Liang Wenbin, a staff member of the Engineering Office of the Education Bureau of Yinjiang Autonomous County, accepted gifts that may affect the fair performance of official duties.
From 2016 to 2020, when Liang Wenbin was responsible for the project management and preliminary data reporting of the County Education Bureau, he received gifts totaling RMB15,700 from 7 project contractors on 11 occasions. In April 2021, Liang Wenbin was punished with a warning from within the party and the funds in violation of discipline were confiscated.
