Yesterday, the 2021 Shanghai Real Estate Quality Pork Tasting Evaluation and Publicity promotion activity sponsored by the Shanghai Municipal Agricultural and Rural Affairs Commission was held at the Xijiao International Agricultural Products Exhibition and Direct Sales Center.
The appraisal activity was carried out in the form of joint scoring by expert judges and citizen judges. During the evaluation, the expert judges conducted a comprehensive evaluation from the aspects of color, smell, elastic quality, brand certification and base management of the pork, and the citizen judges scored through the "view, product" link, "view" pork shape, and "taste" pork flavor.

After fierce competition, Shanghai Sharon Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. in our district won the gold award and the most popular award of the 2021 Shanghai Real Estate Quality Pork Tasting and Appraisal Activity, and the participating pork breed was Fengjing Pig.
Based on the scores of experts and citizen judges, 1 gold award, 1 silver award, 1 bronze award and 5 most popular awards for shanghai real estate quality pork were awarded.
Fengjing pig's head is large and wide, the forehead is wrinkled and deep, the ears are extra large, soft and droopy, and the ears are pointed or above the corners of the mouth, resembling a large fan.
Fengjing Pig is named after Fengjing Town, formerly jinshan County, Shanghai, as a pig breeding center. It is reported that Shanghai Sharon Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. is located in Zhangyan Town, Jinshan District, covering an area of 100 acres, is a set of local breeds of pig breeding, hybrid sow breeding, commercial pig production in one of the pig breeding enterprises.
