Verizon Holdings (01087) announced that with effect from 5 June, Qu Wenzhou has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Remuneration and Benefits Committee and Member of the Nomination Committee due to other business commitments.
In addition, Wong was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Benefits Committee and the Nomination Committee.
