Recently, the Sixth Hospital of Luohe City (Luohe Cardiovascular Hospital) launched the "Universal Health of Science and Technology, Lighting Up New Life" health exercise competition in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Inpatient Department. At the scene of the competition, 16 participating teams from the whole hospital took the stage one by one, combined with their own professional characteristics to show fat burning exercises, fitness exercises, cervical spine exercises, cardiac rehabilitation exercises, breast lymphatic circulation rehabilitation exercises, finger exercises, etc., performing vivid images, simple and easy to learn. With standard movements and full of enthusiasm, the participating nursing staff showed the professionalism and vitality of the nursing workers of the six hospitals, and won the applause of the staff on the spot.
