Recently, the Sixth Hospital of Luohe City (Luohe Cardiovascular Hospital) launched the "Universal Health of Science and Technology, Lighting Up New Life" health exercise competition in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Inpatient Department. Zhao Sen, vice president of the hospital, attended the event, and more than 70 employees from all departments of the hospital participated in the activity.

Zhao Sen pointed out in his speech that the majority of nursing workers should give full play to their own advantages, innovate their ability to popularize science, display first-class professional knowledge and good spiritual outlook in the competition, learn from each other, improve together, and make unremitting efforts to maintain and promote human health.

At the scene of the competition, 16 participating teams from the whole hospital took the stage one by one, combined with their own professional characteristics to show fat burning exercises, fitness exercises, cervical spine exercises, cardiac rehabilitation exercises, breast lymphatic circulation rehabilitation exercises, finger exercises, etc., performing vivid images, simple and easy to learn. With standard movements and full of enthusiasm, the participating nursing staff showed the professionalism and vitality of the nursing workers of the six hospitals, and won the applause of the staff on the spot.

Yuan Jing, director of the Nursing Department of the Sixth Municipal Hospital, affirmed the wonderful performance of each nursing team, hoping that the nursing workers in the hospital would combine clinical work, pay attention to health education, and strive to improve the health science popularization ability of multi-level, multi-directional, and different people in the whole life cycle, so as to better escort the health of the masses.
