On April 7 this year, Chen Hao succeeded Ding Shaobin as vice president of Dongfeng Limited, and five months later, Chen Hao was appointed assistant to the general manager of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd., and retained the positions of vice president of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. and deputy general manager of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company.

With the promotion of Chen Hao, Dongfeng Company has formed a leadership team of 9 people, including Zhu Yanfeng, chairman of the board of directors and secretary of the party committee, Li Shaozhan, general manager, director and deputy secretary of the party committee, Yang Qing, director and deputy secretary of the party committee, Wen Shuzhong, member of the standing committee of the party committee and secretary of the discipline inspection commission, Qiao Yang, Zhang Zutong, You Zheng, Chen Hao, deputy general manager and member of the standing committee of the party committee, and Feng Changjun, member of the standing committee of the party committee and chief accountant.

According to the data, Chen Hao was born in October 1970, graduated from Zhejiang University with a major in casting, and obtained a master's degree in business administration and senior economist from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Since joining the work in July 1992, Chen Hao has successively served as the director of the Regulation Department of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company, the director of the general manager's office, the director of the dealer support department of the marketing headquarters of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., the general manager of Shenzhen Dongfeng South Industrial Group Co., Ltd., the deputy chief of the marketing and sales headquarters of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Car Company, the deputy general manager of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company, the vice president of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., and the assistant general manager of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd.

Chen Hao has been at Dongfeng Nissan for more than 10 years since joining Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company in July 2009 as the director of the Dealer Support Department of the marketing and sales headquarters. During this period, Dongfeng Nissan's sales increased year by year, and in 2015, it achieved annual sales of more than one million for the first time. Since the beginning of this year, despite the impact of the epidemic, Dongfeng Nissan has achieved positive year-on-year growth for 8 consecutive months. From January to November this year, Dongfeng Nissan's cumulative terminal sales reached 1000303 vehicles, reaching the 2020 million sales target one month ahead of schedule.
