Zhang Chun, male, Han ethnicity, born in August 1960, Shanxi Hequ people, member of the Communist Party of China. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984 and began his career in August 1981.

After participating in the work, Zhang Chun successively worked in the Office of the Chengguan County Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Xinzhou Prefectural Committee Office of the Communist Youth League, the Baode County Government, the Organization Department of the Baode County Party Committee, and the Organization Department of the Yuanping Municipal Party Committee.
