In the first half of this year, a patient with acute heart failure came to the emergency room to urgently check the myocardial trio and BNP. The results quickly reached the clinicians. Not long after, Hu Hui, the leader of the medical team in Xinjiang, called Pan Junping and told him that the BNP test results did not match the patient's clinical symptoms and that there was probably a problem, and asked for a review. Pan Junping immediately rushed to the biochemical room to learn more about the patient's specific situation and test results, thinking that there may be a problem with the testing instrument. He initialized and recalibrated the instrument and retested the specimen and found that the previous results were indeed incorrect. He promptly informed President Hu and avoided a serious medical accident.

Zhou Yimin has a strong political awareness, can focus on the overall goal, and vigorously grasp the implementation of the work. As the project director of the ninth batch of Huzhou counterpart aid to build four "turnkey" projects, he paid close attention to the quality and safety of the project, of which the Keping County ordinary high school construction project with a total investment of 74.82 million yuan was delivered in August 2019.
