(Liaoning Regional Economy/Cui Jian) On the morning of March 11, Zhang Chen, deputy director of the Cyberspace Office of the Shenyang Municipal Cpc Committee, and deputy director of the Market and Information Department of the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, went to Liaozhong District to conduct field research and discussion on the pilot construction of national digital villages. Wei Peng, member of the Standing Committee of the Liaozhong District CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, Cui Yang, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the District CPC Committee and deputy director of the Cyberspace Office of the District CPC Committee, Liu Mengxiao, director of the District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, and Xin Naiwei, secretary of the Party Committee of Panjiapu Town, accompanied the investigation.
Zhang Chen and his party successively went to the Agricultural and Rural Bureau of Liaozhong District, The Sinochem Modern Agricultural Technology Service Center, and the Yujiatai Village of Panjiapu Town to conduct field research to comprehensively and detail the pilot construction plan of digital villages in our region, as well as the development of digital agriculture such as the "three capitals" supervision platform and the digital planting management cloud platform construction project in Liaozhong District.
During the investigation, Zhang Chen fully affirmed the construction of digital villages in Liaoning Central District, and believed that the Liaozhong District Party Committee and district government attach great importance to the construction of digital villages, with a good foundation for the digital economy, obvious industrial characteristics, and a certain level of information development, but there are also shortcomings.
As the only national digital village pilot unit in Shenyang, Liaozhong District should improve its ideological position, fully understand the importance of digital village construction, and provide important support for promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural development through the Internet, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other new generation information technologies, laying a solid foundation for rural revitalization and industrial development. The Cyberspace Administration of the Municipal Party Committee will establish an overall coordination mechanism, unite various departments to carry out monthly scheduling, quarterly reporting, and semi-annual supervision, and go all out to support the construction of digital villages in Liaoning.
Wei Peng said that Liaozhong District will take the national digital rural pilot construction as the main starting point, strengthen the overall planning in accordance with the relevant requirements of the state, provinces and municipalities, benchmark against the table, learn from the advanced and formed experience and practices of other cities, combine the actual conditions of Liaozhong District, innovate and promote the pilot construction work, and contribute to promoting the upgrading of agriculture, rural progress and farmers' development in Central Liaoning. It is hoped that the municipal leaders will give more enterprise resources and policy support to help the construction of digital villages in Liaoning province to do a good job.
