According to Bulls reporter Daniel Greenberg, Joakin Noah will sign a formal contract with the Bulls today before officially retiring as a Bulls player.
Noah was drafted in the NBA Draft in 2007, was selected by the Bulls with the 9th pick in the first round, and spent the next nine seasons playing for the Bulls. During this period, he averaged 9.3 points, 9.4 rebounds, 3 assists and 1.4 steals per game, and was named an All-Star twice in a row in 2013 and 2014, winning the 2013-14 Defensive Player of the Year Award.
The Bulls will pay tribute to Noah during today's game against the Knicks.
