Combined with the actual situation of Zibo City, the types of passenger taxis in Zibo City are divided into two categories, namely standard type and luxury type. The "Notice" clarifies that the minimum rental price of this adjustment will not change, that is, the standard type is 7.5 yuan / 3 km, and the luxury type is 8 yuan / 3 km. The "Notice" also explains the authority of price management, and Huantai County, Gaoqing County and Yiyuan County of Zibo City can refer to the above tariff standards; they can also formulate regional passenger taxi fare standards in combination with actual conditions.

The Notice points out that the tolls, bridge tolls, highway tolls, tunnel tolls and ferry fees that must be taken in the process of carrying passengers are paid by passengers; if there are other roads to choose from, the opinions of passengers should be sought in advance. The costs incurred by taxis entering and leaving the station or airport parking lot shall be borne by the taxi owner and shall not be charged to passengers. Other expenses that have not been specified shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the policy, and the two parties without the policy provisions shall be determined through consultation. At the same time, passenger taxi tariff labels should be posted in the prescribed positions of the vehicles, and special taxi invoices uniformly printed by the state tax authorities should be used. Passengers who are unable to use or do not use the meter normally, as well as if they do not issue an invoice as required, have the right to refuse to pay the fare.

The Notice will be implemented on November 12, 2021, and the relevant departments of Zibo City will also complete the meter adjustment of operating vehicles in batches within 30 days. During this period, two types of tariffs before and after the adjustment coexist, namely: vehicles that have completed the renewal of the procedure shall be implemented in accordance with the tariff provisions of this Notice. Vehicles to be adjusted and updated shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the original tariff.
