Ms. Yang said that after dinner last Friday, she went out to walk her dog, walked to the nearby school of law and business, the dog suddenly yelled, she turned on the flashlight of her mobile phone, saw two gray things squirming in the grass of the green belt, and looked closely that there were two hedgehogs. Ms. Yang told reporters that she had asked in the community, and several neighbors also said that they had seen hedgehogs foraging near garbage cans.
Yang Hongbin, a teacher at Hubei University of Economics and a photography enthusiast, said that in the past half a month, he has seen a total of seven or eight hedgehogs on campus.
Gao Yanhong, senior engineer of Wuhan Zoo, introduced that with the increasing green area of the city in recent years, many wild animals have returned to the public vision, which is a good thing. Wherever these animals are found, try not to disturb them and never touch them.
