Recently, the domestic epidemic situation has shown a multi-source and multi-point sporadic state, which has so far affected 15 provinces (municipalities directly under the central government) and 30 prefectures and cities; the source of the epidemic in Heihe City, Shijiazhuang City and other places is unclear; on October 30, there were positive cases in Lianshan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, and it has spilled over to our province, and the epidemic prevention and control situation is severe and complex. In order to effectively consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention and control in our city and ensure the safety and health of the general public, we hereby announce the following to further strengthen the current epidemic prevention and control work:
1. Proactive declaration. Personnel with a recent history of living in key areas of China (see the attached table for details), those who have taken the G1382 and G2037 trains on October 29, the K287 train on October 30, and the personnel who have a history of activities in Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown on October 30 and 31, report to the village (community), work unit or accommodation hotel as soon as possible, and implement relevant health management measures as required. If there is concealment or non-compliance with epidemic prevention regulations that affect the prevention and control of the epidemic in our city, the relevant responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
Second, restore the nucleic acid "willing to due diligence". For those who have returned from non-key areas outside the province in the past 4 days to restore nucleic acid "willing to check due diligence", the relevant personnel are invited to take the initiative to go to the Zhuji City nucleic acid sampling service point to carry out 2 free nucleic acid tests, that is, to carry out the first test on the 1st day and another test on the 4th day. The address of the municipal nucleic acid sampling service point is Gate 9, Zhuji International Trade City East, Happy World Road, Jinan Street, and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from November 2.
Third, strictly guard the "small door". Enter shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels and restaurants, scenic spots, theaters, bus stations, railway stations, medical institutions, pharmacies, public transportation, nursing homes, welfare homes, schools and other key places, and actively cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures such as "bright codes", temperature measurement, wearing masks, and checking travel cards.
Fourth, carefully arrange travel. Insist on "not going to the province where the epidemic occurred unless necessary". If you really need to go, you should pay close attention to the dynamics of the epidemic situation, avoid going to the districted city where the medium and high-risk areas are located (the municipality directly under the central government is the district) and the areas and border cities where local positive cases have been reported; during the outing, you should wear a mask throughout the process and do a good job of personal protection.
5. Get vaccinated as soon as possible. Covid-19 vaccination provides effective protection for individuals and significantly reduces infection, severe illness and mortality. Members of the public (including non-local households) who are eligible but have not yet been vaccinated against COVID-19 are requested to go to the COVID-19 vaccination site near their place of residence as soon as possible. Members of the public aged 18 years or above who have completed 2 doses of COVID-19 inactivated vaccine or 1 dose of adenovirus vector COVID-19 vaccination and who have reached the age of 18 are required to actively administer the booster vaccination.
VI. Strengthen self-protection. The general public should maintain good hygiene habits and enhance their awareness of personal protection. Adhere to scientific norms to wear masks, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, do not gather, maintain safe social distancing, pay attention to shelter when coughing and sneezing, and use male chopsticks and spoons.
VII. Timely and standardized medical treatment. Once fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other uncomfortable symptoms, please wear a mask to the nearest fever clinic (clinic) for treatment and screening, avoid taking public transportation during the medical treatment, and please truthfully inform the travel history and contact history when seeking medical treatment.
