Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspections, sampling 1437 batches of samples of 12 major categories of food such as biscuits, catering food, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, soy products, convenience foods, alcohol, meat products, edible agricultural products, quick-frozen food, confectionery products and condiments, and detected 19 batches of samples in 5 major categories of food such as catering food, fried food and nut products, meat products, edible agricultural products and condiments. The unqualified food involves the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, aflatoxin B1, carbofuran, sodium saccharin (in terms of saccharin), cadmium (in Terms of Cd), Peroxide Value (in terms of Fat) and other indicators.
For the unqualified food found by sampling, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products from the shelves to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law; Timely disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal taken by enterprises to the public, and report to the provincial bureau.
The specific situation of supervision and sampling of unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:
1. Soybean soy sauce sold by Century Hualian Shopping Center in Jingkai District, nominally produced by Manyuanxiang Condiment Factory in Fuquan City, Guizhou Province, of which the total number of colonies does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards.
