Liang Yaobin learned about the rectification of the Nanpai River on the spot
Liang Yaobin successively went to the upper and lower reaches of the Nanpai River, the middle reaches of the Tamsui River, and the upper reaches of the Central River to inspect the rectification of river surges, and learned in detail about the interception of pollution from the source of each river surge, the cleaning of river water, and ecological restoration. It is understood that after a series of rectifications, the water body of the entire section of the Nanpai River has improved significantly, bidding farewell to the "black and odorous water body"; the Tamsui River and the Central River have basically completed the interception and rectification.
South Pai River
Today's Nanpai River, with its clear water and green banks and smooth scenery and canals, has become a good place for the surrounding masses to take a leisure walk, and has long since lost the trace of the former "black and smelly river". At present, the water body of the whole section of the Nanpai River has improved significantly, and in March 2020, it passed the "initial results" assessment and acceptance of the black and odorous water body of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and in August 2020, it successfully passed the special inspection of the black and odorous water body in Jinwan District by the joint supervision group of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and passed the "long-term system and long-term cleaning" assessment of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development at the end of 2020.
Freshwater River
The Tamsui River, located in the Yulin Village area of Sanzao Town, is a drainage channel for nearby landscapes and rainwater. At present, the sewage pipe network construction projects of Hongxing Village and Weiguo Village along the Tamsui River have been completed, effectively solving the problem of domestic sewage entering the river in the middle and upper reaches of the village, and upgrading and transforming the downstream section, and the overall image of the river has been significantly improved.
Central River
The central river is mainly affected by the incoming water of the black and odorous water bodies of the upper South Pai River and the North Pai River, and the water quality is poor. At present, after making every effort to rectify the black and odorous water bodies of the South Pai River and the North Pai River, the water quality of the Central River has also been significantly improved. In addition, Sanzao Town also built an emergency drainage pump station at the Sanzao Sluice Gate, supporting 5 sets of 280kw motor units, and when all the motors are running, the actual total drainage flow can reach 100,000m³/h, which effectively alleviates the problem of flooding and waterlogging in the town.
Liang Yaobin demanded that river patrol is a normalized work, and it is necessary to continue to increase the comprehensive improvement of the river, strengthen the cleaning of the river surface and the management of the water quality state; strengthen the protection of water resources, strictly control all kinds of pollution sources, and promote the continuous improvement of water quality; we must strictly implement the regular inspection system, timely discover problems, and actively rectify and reform.
On October 25, Liu Jun, deputy secretary and acting mayor of Jinwan District, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone, went to the central river of Aviation New City to carry out river patrol work. Aviation New City Central River
The river in the center of Aviation New City is about 10 kilometers long and 15-170 meters wide, making it the longest river in Sanzao Town. The water quality of the river is in good condition, reaching the IV water standard or above. Both sides of the river are the natural shoreline of the canal, the terrain is flat, and the middle section is currently an agricultural planting and breeding area, mostly banana forests and fish ponds, and the vegetation is mainly grass and bushes.
Aviation New City Center Hebi Road
Hebi Road, the center of Aviation New City, is located in the core area of the Aviation City, the Central River Wetland Park, starting from the No. 2 Sluice Gate of Sanzao Town and ending at the west side of the Wetland Park, with a length of 2.8 kilometers. In recent years, Jinwan District has invested about 148 million yuan to protect, restore and develop the original ecosystem of the river around the "5+1" tasks such as water resources security, water safety improvement, water environment improvement, water ecological protection and restoration, landscape and recreation system construction, and joint construction of an ecological vitality waterfront economic belt under the construction of Bidao Road, so as to protect, restore and develop the original ecosystem of the river to maximize the retention of existing plants by the river. At the same time, according to local conditions, the existing plant communities, fish ponds, etc. are preserved and restored, the river corridors are restored, the diversified activity spaces are activated, the connecting slow travel system is constructed, and the green space where comfort and aesthetics coexist are created, creating an urban bidao with coastal characteristics.
At present, hebi Road, the center of Aviation New City, has been completed.
