The meeting voted and adopted the resolution on the work report of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, the resolution on the implementation of the 2018 National Economic and Social Development Plan and the 2019 Plan of Guangdong Province, the resolution on the implementation of the 2018 budget and the 2019 budget of Guangdong Province, the resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, the resolution on the work report of the Guangdong Provincial High People's Court, and the resolution on the work report of the People's Procuratorate of Guangdong Province. The list of chairmen, vice chairmen and members of the Social Construction Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Guangdong Province was voted through, and the decision on the renaming of the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Guangdong Province was voted and adopted.
On the afternoon of January 31, the tenth session of the Standing Committee of the 13th Provincial People's Congress was held in Guangzhou. Li Yumei, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, presided over the meeting. The meeting voted to dismiss Chen Chaoguang from his post as vice chairman of the Overseas Chinese Ethnic and Religious Committee of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Guangdong Province, Chen Chun from his post as a member of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Guangdong Province, and appoint Li Wanwan, Yuan Hong, and Huang Shaobao as members of the Supervision and Judicial Committee of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Guangdong Province.
After completing the agenda of the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress organized the state functionaries who were voted by the Second Session of the Thirteenth Provincial People's Congress and appointed at the current Standing Committee meeting to hold an oath-taking ceremony to the Constitution.
