The Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for the Year 2035 clearly states that it is necessary to "accelerate the construction of the fifth generation of mobile communications (5G), industrial Internet, big data centers, etc."

Zhang Li said that the role of accelerating the construction of 5G and 5G applications is of great and far-reaching significance. As an important part of the new infrastructure, 5G involves the largest number of fields, covers the widest scope, and has the strongest economic driving effect.
