From the perspective of total GDP, the total GDP of Guangdong, Jiangsu and Shandong in the first three quarters of this year exceeded 6 trillion yuan, continuing to lead the country. High-end industries lead industrial development, and the added value of high-tech manufacturing and strategic emerging industries increased by 1.4 times and 1.1 times respectively year-on-year, with an average growth rate of 59.1% and 48.8% in two years.

In addition to Hubei, Hainan and Beijing, there are 10 provinces in Zhejiang, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shandong and Chongqing, and the GDP growth rate in the first three quarters of 2021 outperformed the national GDP growth rate of 9.8%.

Among the 31 provinces, with the exception of Inner Mongolia, which has not yet announced the average GDP growth rate of the past two years. Among the 30 provinces that have announced the data, 19 provinces, including Hainan, Tibet, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Chongqing, Guizhou, Shanxi, Shandong, Sichuan, Yunnan, Hunan, Fujian, Gansu, Ningxia, Guangxi, Xinjiang and Beijing, have an average GDP growth rate of two years, exceeding the two-year average growth rate of 5.2% in the country. Hainan's two-year average GDP growth rate temporarily ranked first, at 6.8%.
