At the ceremony, Comrade Jin Zhixun, member of the party committee, deputy director and director of the political work office of the sub-bureau, read out the "Implementation Plan for the "Passing on the Help" Activity of the Yuhua Branch of the Changsha Municipal Public Security Bureau", and signed a master-apprentice agreement with the paired teachers and apprentices.
The representatives of the 6 masters and apprentices made statements respectively, saying that they would strictly implement the master-apprentice agreement, the master would teach by example, lead by example, and have no reservations, and the apprentices should study diligently, ask for advice with an open mind, and strive for excellence.
Zhou Xiwen, the nominee for the deputy district chief of the Yuhua District People's Government, the secretary of the party committee and the director of the sub-bureau, elaborated on the current development situation of Yuhua District, combined with personal work experience, explained in a simple and in-depth manner the background and significance of the "passing on the help and belt" master-apprentice pairing activities, and put forward four requirements for the paired masters and apprentices: First, it is necessary to be generous in virtue, self-denial, and accumulation. Second, we must do good all our lives, punish evil and promote good, and do good every day. Third, we must be bitter, take pleasure in suffering, and be bitter and happy. A total of 259 members of the party committee team and the paired teachers and apprentices of various units attended the ceremony, which was presided over by Shi Jianwei, deputy secretary of the party committee and deputy director of the sub-bureau.
