At the China-Pakistan-Germany Dennenberg Project Fair and Memorandum Signing Ceremony, the two sides signed a memorandum of friendly and cooperative relations. The memorandum stipulates that according to the characteristics and commonalities of the two cities, the project cooperation will be jointly promoted, and the foundation for the two sides to conclude an international sister city will be laid. The two sides hope to take tourism and external promotion as the starting point of cooperation, and continue to increase cooperation on the basis of the existing cooperation tourism project, the "Wendland-Elbe" exhibition hall in Dennenberg, Hamburg. In the strategic cooperation framework agreement reached with the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, the two sides agreed that the German side will use its advantages in science and technology and talents to help Pakistan and China transform the development mode and promote the development of agricultural science and technology, modern agriculture and related industries. In the next two years, the two sides will cooperate in depth in the training of agricultural technicians, the promotion of scientific and technological achievements, and the research of agricultural science and technology. The German side recommends agricultural experts to provide advice on the strategic layout of modern agriculture in Pakistan and China, encourage and guide scientific and technological personnel to carry out scientific and technological research on major agricultural problems in Pakistan and China, and assist in the construction of standardized bases, processing technology, product development, market expansion, and brand building around the four characteristic industries of tea, walnuts, Chinese medicinal materials and ecological breeding.
