From July 27th to 29th, Hu Jiannong, chairman of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of seeing righteousness and courage as chairman of the foundation, former deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, and first-level inspector, led a team to Wugang City and Suining County to comfort the families of the people, and Zhou Yan, deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Shaoyang Municipal Party Committee, and Shaoyang City, accompanied the relevant responsible comrades of the association.
In the 35th Group of Changle Village, Shuangpai Town, Wugang City, Hu Jiannong and his party visited and comforted the families of Zhang Changcheng and Zhang Chunshe, who had seen the righteous bravery.
Zhang Changcheng and Zhang Chunshe are brothers, in 2000, the brothers worked together in Shenzhen, on April 29 of that year, at about 3 a.m., two gangsters infiltrated a rental house in Xixiang Township, Bao'an District, and were preparing to flee the scene, when they were found by Zhang Chunshe, Zhang Changcheng and three other people who were taking shelter on the roof of the building next door. The three immediately rushed down to the first floor to intercept the gangsters and fight with their bare hands. In the course of the fight, Zhang Changcheng was stabbed; Zhang Chunshe was unfortunately killed after being stabbed eight times with a dagger by gangsters, at the age of 26.
Zhang Chunshe's wife remarried two years after his sacrifice, leaving three orphaned and widowed children unsupported; Zhang Changcheng's second-degree disability, his wife suffered from mental illness, and three children were studying; Zhang Changcheng's father and mother each suffered from first-degree and second-degree disabilities. Zhang Changcheng did not go out to work due to physical discomfort, took care of his wife with mental illness and his father who was seriously ill at home, and relied on chicken and duck breeding and handyman to make a living on weekdays.
In April this year, Zhang Changcheng saw that Yi yong suffered from the sequelae of his foot injury and needed to be hospitalized for surgery. At the same time, his 75-year-old father was found to have bladder cancer in urgent need of treatment, and Zhang Changcheng could only let his father go to Changsha for surgery first, almost spending the family's savings.
After seeing the righteous courage for the incident, the Bao'an Branch of the Shenzhen Social Security Foundation gave Zhang Chunshe a pension of 50,000 yuan and a reward of 20,000 yuan to Zhang Changcheng. Subsequently, Hu Jiannong and his party went to Lianmin Village in Matang Miao and Yao Nationality Township, Suining County, to comfort Hu Zhimin, a member of the volunteer bravery. Hu Zhimin, who was a migrant worker in Shenzhen in his early years, rushed forward to stop and dissuade him when he returned to his dormitory and walked to the second floor when he returned to his dormitory and found a criminal suspect who had rushed down with a kitchen knife because of a verbal altercation with others. But the suspect not only did not heed the dissuasion, but instead swung a knife and cut him into serious injuries. Hu Zhimin died after rescue was ineffective at the age of 21.
After the incident, the Bao'an Branch of the Shenzhen Social Security Foundation gave Hu Zhimin a reward of 50,000 yuan. Since 2015, the Shenzhen Volunteer Courage Foundation has included Hu Zhimin's family members in the follow-up service management, and has distributed holiday condolences every year to provide difficulties relief.
