As the president of the conference, Professor Zhang Pu said in his speech: At present, cardiovascular disease has become the "number one killer" that threatens human health. Gansu Province is located in the northwest region of China, the incidence of myocardial infarction is high, but there is a shortage of high-quality medical resources. "Thrombolytic therapy" is still the reperfusion strategy of choice in most hospitals. However, due to the lack of standardization of the "thrombolytic therapy" process and the lack of timely referral after thrombolysis, the optimal treatment time was delayed, resulting in the overall effective treatment rate of acute myocardial infarction (STEMI) in Gansu region not significantly improved. At present, to promote the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, on the one hand, it is necessary to popularize health knowledge and strengthen the public's awareness of disease prevention and control; on the other hand, it is also necessary to strengthen the clinical guidance of the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, improve the level of standardized diagnosis and treatment at the grass-roots level, and build a cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment network and service system.
