Zheng Ning put forward two hopes for the trainees participating in the training: First, they should understand it from the perspective of the construction of the rule of law. As the party's mass work department, women's federation organizations have the responsibility and obligation to fully do mass work, publicize the laws and policies of the state, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the vast number of women according to law, and make positive contributions to social stability. The Hebei Provincial Women's Federation Grassroots Rights Protection Cadre Training Course Project has been implemented since 2018, using a project-based approach and relying on professional training institutions to provide menu-style courses and teacher allocation for various localities. The project is a specific measure to implement the "Regulations on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests of Hebei Province" and "provide professional services for the protection of women's legitimate rights and interests through government procurement of services", and more than 3,500 trainees have received training in the project.
